2. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger: Cut a thin strip of paper (approximately 5 mm wide), wrap it around the base of your finger, and mark where the ends meet.

3. Measure the paper: Unwrap the paper and measure the length in millimetres — this is your finger circumference. Match it with the EU size shown in the chart.

4. Take your knuckle into account: If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, consider choosing a slightly looser size so the ring slides over comfortably.
